one project i've been working on for some time on and off is collecting as many old postings, email, etc from the ucsc computer systems (primarily ucscb.ucsc.edu, the open access machine). most of it i have yet to filter through and merge into a tree which makes sense, but i include what i have done here for your perusal. if you have anything to add, please send it to me at falcon@geek.org.
